  The BEST experience I have ever had at any Jewelry store! GO TO BARB! Barb is the best employee in the entire store. I needed to get my gold rope bracelet fitted to my wrist and Barb immediately came to help. she measured my wrist and took notes, asked me my opinion on lengths and gave suggestions of her own. In the end we decided on a length and she got it all ready to be sent out. Should be back in 10 days. I was curious about a matching necklace but made no assurances that I would be making a purchase that day. Even though I told her I wouldn't be buying anything she still put in 100% effort to find a necklace I would love that would match my bracelet. We must have gone through 5 necklaces before I found the one. When I saw the price I was sure that I wasn't going to make a purchase that day but Barb "worked some magic" and brought the price down to something that sounded really good, tax included (Never once did she pressure me into the sale or make me feel obligated to purchasing anything, making a purchase is always your own choice, if you feel pressured speak up and let them know!). I was so blown away by the top quality customer service and kindness of Barb I knew I that I was dealing with a company that really values each sale and wants a customer for life, not a one time deal. I strongly recommend Bellagio Jewellers to anyone, and I will be back!

  More than grateful for the service at Bellagio Jewellers II today. At a time when our family needed compassion and kindness, Barb went way above and beyond to assist us in a search for a very specific bracelet without any assurance of a purchase. Luckily for us, it ended in success. Would highly recommend this jeweller.

  My husband and I have been shopping at Bellagio Jewellers for years now. There are a few things that set Bellagio apart from the other jewellers. They are not just about selling you jewelry, they listen to what you are actually looking for and your actual budget. They don't try to sell you something that you don't want or need. They give you as much attention as you need and do not try to pressure you into buying something. On numerous high-end pieces that we have purchased, they are always the best priced and they fully stand behind their products. My kids are just starting to look at purchasing watches and jewelry and I would not recommend anyone else to them. Customer service with a friendly smile and I always go away feeling like I received a top quality product at a great price. Thank you Bellagio Jewellers!

  I went to Bellagio Jewellers to find gifts for my bridal party this past September. I shopped around first at a few different stores, as well as looked online for the best deal. Ultimately, the friendly and dedicated nature of the employees tipped the scales in their favour. Sam and the team were incredibly committed to helping me find the perfect gifts for these special people in my life.
