  Poor service. The assistant started taking my details. The phone rang and I was asked to 'wait a minute". I waited and waited with a nervous dog trying to leave. The assistant took forever to take details with the phone customer, time, date, details, etc while I stood there and stood there. She never looked up once or acknowledged me. I think customers who are in the store to keep an appointment should be served first and those who ring in from comfort of their homes, should be asked to wait. Finally I left to walk my dog in the store, the assistant walked by me on her way by, maybe didn't recognize me?. Back in the store, the other two groomers did not acknowledge me or ask me to wait. One girl finally walked to the counter without any greeting. Poor and rude service. I will never go back.

  Can’t say enough about Brenda’s dog training classes. We have 2 German Shepherds who are polite, well socialized dogs because Brenda taught us what we needed to know and showed us all the tricks to control two large breed dogs at the same time. Our dogs love to go back and visit the store. They get especially happy to see Brenda if she’s there. They must feel the love. Highly recommend.

  Took my dog, a large dog who's young and a bit of a spazz, in to get groomed for the first time. He's a very furry dog with a thick undercoat and ended up pretty matted after a 3 week long camping trip. Sam, the lucky gal who got him, was GREAT! She had to take him down low but she did it so it looked professional and beautiful. Thank you Sam! Well done!

  This store is fairly expensive, but the selection is great and the staff is very helpful. Most of them are knowledgeable and know what they're talking about, so I'd you we'd help with an animal, they can probably help or lead you in the right direction. They also have animals there I'd you're looking to adopt!

  Friendly, helpful staff. Modern, clean and nicely spaced facility. I took one star off because I had a bad experience taking my sister's dog to the groomer there, so I wouldn't recommend this location for that (though that was a few years ago now), but the beginner dog training class offered there was very good
