  Bought a certified refurbished ipad mini over the black friday. Had to exchange it as it was looking as though someone dropped it. On the second one the charging was not working properly and it had someone else apple profile still. I thought certified refurbished should be as good as new. They did not had it any more in stock. Store guys were not willing to give a refund even though it was not my fault. Ended up getting a store credit. There goes my money sitting and thinking on what to spend. Not going back . Hope the customer care team hear this and act.

  Also; she refused to sell us a certain TV because the box was broken and she didn't want us to have any possible problems with it. She had our best interest in mind, while most employees would only care about the sale

  Had many negative experiences here. The most prominent one was this week. My boyfriend and i bought a tv on boxing day. We took it home that night and found it had scan lines. We brought it back the following day and got sent to Ajax to have it exchanged at no extra cost. The next day we tried it out and realized it had a huge hard to miss scratch on it. We took it back here AGAIN the following day. The only reason we didn't completely lose our minds was Jodie. She knew we were annoyed after 3 days of running around just trying to get a tv. She contacted the head office and got us a slightly more expensive TV at no extra charge. She took it out of the box and tested it and helped us look for any dents or scratches or anything wrong with it. The only reason we will probably ever go back here is because of her.

  I love this store! Great place to go for refurbished electonics at discount prices. I have had many products from here including cell phones and mp3 players. They offer a variety of household products as well.

  Buyer beware. Test before leaving store. No refunds of cash credit valid for one year. Mostly poorly refurbished junk. Buy from factory direct only as a last resort.
