    Amazing workout, lots of variety and great coaches.

    Hands down the best workout in a gym setting. The coaches are great and show you how to do everything. They also keep you motivated to keep pushing. The equipment is top of the line and easy to use. Wearing the heart monitor helps you know exactly how hard to push yourself and a great tool.
