  Best of friends once youre up to buy something. If anything goes south, they have a very bad rep. I gave two stars cuz the prices r decent..(as i point the gun to my head)

  The prices are ok (jewellery is overprice for what it is anyway). If you ask for some kind of a discount prepare yourself for dirty looks. They don't seem to understand some people are gonna want the best price they can get, no matter how cheap or expensive the item is.

  My husband wanted to have his tungsten ring resized but the manager on training kept him waiting for like weeks. He was like visiting the store for a couple of times and was calling this manager on training many times. Its unbelievable that the manager was not getting any solution to his request. Not until we met a senior sales associate (im not totally sure but i think her name is Elize/Eliza) and she told us that she noticed we have been coming back and forth to their old store and even to their newly opened new store. She asked the problem and in just a minute or two, she handed over a replacement for the ring. We wished that she have handled us earlier to prevent disappointment from our experiences with the manager-on-training. And I would have given just 1 star to this establishment as a rating if not for her.

  First time buyer from this brand of jewellery stores. Overall it was a good experience. We did drop off the ring to get it resized so I will update the review how it goes. Friendly staff and no complaints. Purchased a morganite stone ring. My instagram @agentselva

  My husband and I had an okay experience. At first out experience was absolutely amazing as we had a bad go with another store anyways the manager and staff member in hand were absolutely amazing and made sure I left with something in my budget! Once we picked out our rings the manager had told us they would only take a week for sizing as they had the rings in store and they don't have to leave the shop. A week and 2 days go by I call for a status on my ring I'm told it should be there by that evening at the latest another 2 days go by I call ago I speak to the manager who helped me. And she processeds to tell me that she's not sure when my ring will be in cuz of the strike with the post Canada and that pourlator night not deliver, I called pourlator and they have not been affected at all by this strike and have been running normal!!! So what did I just get lied to! !and Well the strike has been held off for another month so that's no reason everytime she gave me an excuse and I shot it down she had something else to say. Anyways she told me she had the tracking number of the shipment and it would be here Friday the 14th absolutely no later! Here I am 9pm and still no call about my ring being in ! I will no longer be shopping at this store due to this I feel the manager lied to me and she was extremely rude to me on the phone and pretty much did what she could to get me off the phone with out giving me an answer! I'm very up set as we were so excited to continue shopping at this store for years but unfortunately with this experience and the constant back and forth between when Mt ring will be in I'm not longer I life long costumer in will have to spend my money else where for any future jewelry. I feel horrible I had to write this review because I had having to bash great companies but other people and extremely stressed brides need to know not to go here because of this I'm sorry ! And I wish I had checked your reviews before had because as I read them u see this isn't the first time something like this has happened at your location!
