  I cannot say enough good things about this service. My husband and I have ordered now multiple times and feel the price is very reasonable. I am saving money by not eating out or having food go bad. The food is fresh, I can keep salad in the fridge for a few days. I save about 5 hours a week which is now spent on being productive. The food is delicious, I have been eating and cooking paleo for a year and it is not always easy.

  is your fresh fruit side dish a joke? 5$ for a serving of fruit? I get charging a premium for PREPARED food, but charging a premium for dumping uncut fruit into a cup? This is why some of these meal delivery companies fail. Because they try to take advantage of customers. Any snack, meal or dessert that is considered MEAL delivery, should be just that, a PREPARED MEAL. Don't insult your customers, be creative, and offer something interesting that we can't easily prepare ourselves. Otherwise, your business proposition isn't one customers will want to be without.

  Love it! I order bone broth and pick it up at the store in Oshawa. The convenience of having someone else make the bone broth is amazing, it's so good for you and it's delicious. The staff is so wonderful and informative; last time i was in, they took the time to explain the whole process on how they make their bone broth. I highly recommend this store !

  I am writing this review in answer to the one star review. May I suggest you try the Butter Chicken, it is my favorite. I don’t know who owns the company, my food just appears every Monday but feel it is unfair to give such a poor review based on one menu item.

  I love this service for weeks when I just don't have the time to do my meal prep on Sundays. It's so convenient, and the food tastes great!
